Welcome to Mr. Miller’s Virtual Calm Room. It is a place for students, families and staff to find tools and strategies for managing emotions and feelings and building our resilience during challenging times.
During difficult times we all experience a wide range of anxiety and emotions. Most often there are feelings of often being scared, confused, overwhelmed, angry, alone, grateful, or completely calm - sometimes all at once. This site has been created to provide a virtual space to turn when a break is needed for rejuvenating and reenergizing.
